Welcome to Shine Adventure Tours. By booking a tour with us or using our services through shineadventuretours.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any bookings.

1. Booking Terms

  • All bookings must be made through our official website or by contacting us directly at info@shineadventuretours.com or our official phone numbers.
  • To confirm a booking, customers may be required to provide personal details and pay a booking deposit, as informed at the time of reservation.
  • Bookings are only confirmed once we provide a written confirmation via email or other official communication.
  • The balance payment (if any) must be completed within the time frame communicated to you during booking.
  • Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed. Once confirmed, the price is fixed unless changes are made to your booking.

2. Cancellation Terms

  • If you wish to cancel your booking, you must inform us in writing via email at info@shineadventuretours.com.
  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour start date may be eligible for a full or partial refund (see Refund Terms below).
  • Cancellations made 15–30 days before the tour start date may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total booking amount.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour start date may not be eligible for a refund.
  • No-shows on the day of departure will not be eligible for any refund.

3. Refund Terms

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
  • Refunds will be made via the same payment method used during booking, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Any non-refundable deposits, processing fees, or charges imposed by third-party providers will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • In case of cancellation by Shine Adventure Tours due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety concerns, government restrictions), customers will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

4. Changes to Bookings

  • Requests to modify bookings (e.g., change of date, itinerary, or participants) must be made in writing and are subject to availability.
  • Additional charges may apply for changes, depending on the nature of the modification.

5. Responsibilities of the Customer

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal details during booking.
  • Customers must comply with all local laws, rules, and regulations during the tour.
  • Any behavior that jeopardizes the safety or enjoyment of others may result in removal from the tour without a refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Shine Adventure Tours is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
  • We are not liable for personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the tour, except in cases of proven negligence on our part.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Himachal Pradesh, India.
